Fontana man wounded by deputies confronted victim about a homicide, stole victim’s phone

Bermudez was injured in the shooting and taken to the hospital. Sheriff’s booking records show he has since been arrested and booked into West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga on suspicion of robbery and making threats.
