Paris Pasteries, at 8220 Haven Ave. Suite 100 in Rancho Cucamonga, was inspected Nov. 19 and received a grade of 83/B with one critical violation, for some eggs and milk not being at safe temperatures. Among the 11 lesser violations, two handwashing sinks were completely inaccessible and there were some rodent droppings in a storage area.
